ABSTRACT
The financial report is a data that could provide an overview and information on the financial condition of a company at a particular time. In addition to analyze financial statements can be known to the company's financial achievement from year to year and can be used to assess the company. This study was conducted to determine how the performance of PT Hotel Sahid Jaya International, Tbk to see the development of the liquidity ratio, solvency/ leverage, profitability, and activity in 2010-2014. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The analysis is used to analyze the financial statements in the development of the liquidity ratio, solvency/ leverage, profitability, and activity in 2010-2014. The results showed that the performance of PT Hotel Sahid Jaya International, Tbk still needed to optimize its performance, and it affected one of them in addition to the economic conditions which is also government policy.
